Role and Responsibilities

Job Summary 

We are looking for a Product Management Manager for our Visual Display division, based in Panama City who will:

1. Contribute to expanding the product's market coverage by setting up a product line-up operation plan.
2. Contribute to maximizing sales and minimizing loss by managing product lifecycle and developing pricing strategy to meet the target sales for the product.

Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:    

• Market & Trend Analysis – Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies; turn insights into actionable product opportunities.
• Product Strategy & Road‑map – Define product vision, positioning, and multi‑year roadmap aligned with corporate goals and financial targets.
• Business Case Development – Build robust cases (market sizing, revenue forecasts, cost‑benefit analysis) and secure executive approval.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership – Lead design, engineering, marketing, supply‑chain, and finance teams to deliver features on time and on budget.
• Go‑to‑Market & Launch Execution – Coordinate launch plans, pricing, channel strategy, and post‑launch performance tracking.   
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization – Track KPIs (sales, NPS, market share), conduct post‑mortems, and iterate product features.
• Customer & Partner Advocacy – Gather voice‑of‑customer insights; collaborate with ecosystem partners to enhance value.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing – Coach junior product owners and contribute to best‑practice repositories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• 5–7 years of product management experience in consumer electronics or a high‑tech industry; proven record of delivering successful products from concept to market.

• Experience in Visual display, TV is a Plus.

• Advanced English level

• Familiarity with hardware/software development cycles, agile methodologies, and data‑analytics tools.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority; experience influencing senior executives.

• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways

• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
