Job description:

As a Professional, HVAC at Minera Panama S.A., you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and comfort within our facilities.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on various HVAC systems and components.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions using hand tools and specialized equipment.
* Install, replace, or repair HVAC equipment, including air handlers, compressors, condensers, and ductwork.
* Utilize knowledge of Construction Materials for effective system integration and repair.
* Operate Heavy Machinery Operation as required for installations or large-scale repairs.
* Execute Building Repairs related to HVAC system access or damage, including minor Plastering.
* Conduct Flooring Installations or repairs as necessary to complete HVAC projects.
* Demonstrate proficient Tool Handling for all maintenance and repair tasks.
* Collaborate effectively with other maintenance personnel and departments as a Team Player.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Job Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
* Proficiency in Building Repairs and the use of various Construction Materials.
* Skilled in Flooring Installations and Plastering techniques.
* Expertise in using Hand Tools and demonstrating safe Tool Handling practices.
* Ability to Operate Machinery, including Heavy Machinery Operation, safely and efficiently.
* Strong Maintenance Skills with a focus on preventative and corrective actions.
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Team Player).
* Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology are highly desirable.
* Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions.
