🎯 Propósito del puesto
Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas establecidos por el negocio, tanto mensuales como anuales, brindando una atención eficiente y personalizada a los clientes.
💼 ¿Qué harás en este rol?
Serás responsable de contactar, asesorar y cerrar ventas con clientes potenciales, utilizando herramientas digitales y telefónicas. Tu enfoque será ofrecer soluciones del portafolio autorizado, asegurando una experiencia positiva para el cliente.
📌 Responsabilidades principales
- Atención de tickets a través de Zendesk.
- Contestar llamadas entrantes de la central de ventas.
- Realizar llamadas salientes para gestionar la base de datos.
- Cuidar los tiempos de atención y calificaciones correctas.
- Cumplir con la meta mensual establecida por la Dirección de Negocio.
- Ofrecer planes y equipos habilitados según campaña.
- Promocionar paquetes del portafolio autorizado por Producto.
- Dar seguimiento a clientes hasta concretar la venta.
- Llevar control de prospectos y clientes vendidos.
- Realizar activaciones de planes completando todos los procesos.
- Registrar ventas correctamente y en tiempo.
- Ingresar información precisa del cliente (dirección, nombre, cédula, correo, etc.).
- Verificar que el cliente no tenga saldo pendiente con Tigo.

- Colaboración directa con el Team Leader.
🎓 REQUISITOS
Estudios Académicos
- Bachillerato culminado o estudios universitarios en curso.
📈 Experiencia Laboral
- Mínimo dos (2) años en áreas de ventas o atención al cliente.
- Deseable experiencia en venta de productos de telecomunicaciones.
🌐 Idiomas
- Español nativo.
- Inglés no requerido, pero es un plus.
🧠 Conocimientos Técnicos
- Manejo de Microsoft Office (nivel intermedio)
