Job Description

As the SRC Business Leader LATAM, you will lead commercial operations and market development across Latin America, driving business growth, executing go-to-market strategies, and strengthening trust with customers, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders across the region.

Your role:

  • Lead commercial partnerships and execute market strategies that drive profitability and sustainable business growth across designated LATAM territories.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and commercial initiatives, while monitoring sales performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Strengthen relationships with customers, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders to build credibility and trust within the healthcare ecosystem.

  • Lead budget planning and, where applicable, Profit and Loss (P&L) management to optimize commercial and financial performance.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a commercial team — driving talent selection, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired a minimum of 8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, in Sales Strategy, Business Development, Commercial Leadership, Healthcare, Medical Technology (MedTech), or related commercial functions, including experience leading commercial teams.

  • Your skills include Commercial Leadership, Business Development, Stakeholder Management, Customer Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, Go-to-Market Strategy, KPI Management, Budget Management, and People Leadership. Bonus skills (preferred, not required): Clinician Engagement, Pricing Modeling, Business Case Analysis, Segmentation and Targeting, New Product Introduction (NPI), Change Management, and Certified LEAN Advanced certification.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; or a master's degree in a relevant discipline.

  • You're fluent in English and Spanish (both required). Portuguese is a plus.

  • You're a strategic, results-oriented commercial leader with strong financial acumen, the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders, and willingness to travel across LATAM as needed.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role.
