Role Summary
The SEO Specialist is responsible for driving organic growth, search visibility, and qualified
inbound lead generation across the Via ecosystem, and related product environments.
This role focuses on building a high-performance search strategy across institutional finance,
payments infrastructure, fintech partnerships, and premium financial services. The ideal
candidate understands both technical SEO and commercial conversion strategy, ensuring that
every digital asset supports discovery, authority, and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute the company’s full SEO strategy across all digital properties
● Conduct keyword research aligned to institutional buyers, fintech operators, corporate
clients, and financial institutions
● Optimize landing pages, product pages, blogs, whitepapers, and thought leadership
content for organic growth
● Perform technical SEO audits including indexing, crawlability, schema, page speed, site
structure, and mobile optimization
● Build backlink authority and domain growth strategies
● Monitor competitor search performance across payments, fintech, and financial
infrastructure sectors
● Work closely with content, design, and digital teams to ensure SEO is embedded into all
campaigns
● Identify inbound growth opportunities through search intent mapping
● Track rankings, organic traffic, attribution, and lead conversion performance
● Deliver monthly reporting and strategic recommendations
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
● 3+ years of experience in SEO strategy and execution
● Strong understanding of technical SEO and enterprise content strategy
● Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs,
Screaming Frog, or equivalent platforms
● Strong analytical and reporting skills
● Experience with CMS platforms including WordPress
● Ability to work across technical, content, and commercial teams
