People Leader Partner:
The People Leader Partner supports leaders across multiple countries within a Business, Region, or Function, partnering closely with People Business Partners to execute workforce and people strategies. The role helps ensure leaders build high-performing teams, develop organizational capabilities, and achieve business objectives by driving clear accountability, effective leadership practices, and compliance with global and local people policies, guidelines, and tools.
Your role:
Partner with People Leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while strengthening leadership capability to drive transformation and organizational change.
Coach leaders to build high-performing teams, enhance leadership effectiveness, and support employee growth through effective performance management practices.
Conduct exit interviews for selected critical roles, analyze feedback, and translate insights into leadership and team improvement initiatives.
Guide leaders in aligning with global people practices, local requirements, and country-specific People Partner guidance to ensure compliance and cultural alignment.
Foster a culture of engagement and accountability by supporting employee engagement initiatives, acting on feedback, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
You're the right fit if:
You have minimum of 3 years of experience in People Partnering, People Management, Change Management or similar roles. Preferably in a regional or global environment.
Proven ability to coach and develop People Leaders fostering a culture of high performance and leadership excellence.
Experience leading organizational change, business transformation and People Initiatives with measurable impact
You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Strong communication and strategic influencing skills, with the ability to guide and support People Leaders in achieving business and people objectives.
