Your role:

• Responsible for validating sales orders diligently to ensure timely delivery of ordered goods to the customer, working under general supervision.
• The role meticulously checks and validates sales order data upholding data quality standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness upon receipt.
• The role then enters the order into the computer system with meticulous attention to detail, facilitating the determination of delivery dates.
• The role maintains close monitoring of the flow of sales orders, intervenes as needed, and adheres strictly to standard procedures.
• The role maintains vigilant oversight of sales orders throughout the process, generates detailed monthly reports, and supports various requests in accordance with established protocols.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
