Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst:
We are looking for an M&A / Transactions Analyst to support strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
In this role, you will assess the financial and credit impact of transactions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that acquisitions are evaluated, integrated, and monitored effectively from a risk and financial perspective.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of M&A, financial analysis, and risk management, contributing directly to high-impact strategic decisions.
Your role:
Support financial due diligence and transaction analysis for M&A activities, including review of financial statements, capital structures, and key risk factors
Analyze how acquisitions and mergers impact financial exposure, credit limits, and portfolio risk
Monitor and track M&A activity and ownership changes, ensuring accurate reflection in financial systems, customer accounts, and reporting structures
Partner with Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support post-merger integration, including alignment of financial processes, data, and systems
Evaluate and communicate financial and risk implications of transactions to stakeholders and senior leadership
Contribute to the development of frameworks, tools, and processes to assess and manage risk in M&A scenarios
Prepare presentations and analysis to support decision-making in transactions and integration planning
You're the right fit if:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in:
M&A / Corporate Finance / Investment Banking OR
Transaction Advisory / Deals / Financial Due Diligence
• Strong experience in:
Financial statement analysis
Valuation or transaction analysis
Working on or supporting M&A projects
•Understanding of how transactions impact financial risk, exposure, or capital structure
•Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills
•Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally
•Experience in structured environments (consulting, banking, or large corporates) is a plus
•Exposure to healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
• Advanced English language skills.
