As a Key Account Manager, you will lead the company’s most strategic and high-value accounts, setting the direction for how we grow our business with top-tier partners. You will develop account-specific sales strategies, lead complex negotiations, and create scalable campaigns that drive measurable business results across leagues and territories. You will also play a key role in shaping the broader sales strategy by guiding and influencing the work of other Account Managers. 

 

how you will make an impact (GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES) 

ead strategic planning and sales execution for the company’s largest and most complex accounts. 
• Serve as the senior relationship manager for key team, league, and retail partner leadership. 
• Develop strategic sales roadmaps, promotional calendars, and growth plans tailored to each major account. 
• Design and launch campaigns, programs, and sales initiatives executed by Account Managers across regions. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution. 
• Deliver performance recaps, insights, and recommendations to senior internal and external stakeholders. 
• Lead seasonal business reviews and top-to-top meetings with retail and licensing partners. 
• Analyze market, customer, and POS data to drive proactive business decisions. 
• Identify replenishment and chase opportunities aligned with market demand. 
• Partner with Sales Operations and Planning on forecasts, inventory, and in-season management. 
• Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to Account Managers. 
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance business growth and customer engagement

 

what you bring to the team (Education, Skills and Abilities) 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 
• 7+ years of experience in strategic account management or sales, preferably with major retail or licensing partners. 
•accounts and managing complex sales negotiations. 
• Strong ability to create and execute strategic plans with measurable results. 
• Executive presence and excellent communication skills, including presentations to senior leadership. 
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies. 
• Collaborative leadership
