As an HR Intern at Nestlé Global Procurement, you will support our Human Resources team with HR administration, onboarding, employee documentation, and internal communications. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and engagement initiatives in a global environment.

How you’ll make an impact as an HR Intern

Onboarding & Employee Administration

  • Support the onboarding process for interns and new employees.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed.
  • Facilitate induction sessions for interns and coordinate follow-up activities.
  • Maintain employee files and digital records in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Organize and archive employee documentation in the appropriate folders and systems.

Contracts & Compliance

  • Support the preparation and updating of employment and internship contracts.
  • Coordinate the submission of contracts to external legal counsel for stamping.
  • Follow up with attorneys regarding contract status and completion.
  • Ensure signed and sealed contracts are properly filed and archived.

HR Operations Support

  • Coordinate the documentation required to process intern payments.
  • Maintain digital files and track documentation status.
  • Support internal HR projects and administrative activities.
  • Assist with employee data management and document organization.
  • Help coordinate internal HUB events and employee engagement activities.

  What will make you successful

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, with availability for a 12-month internship.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Organizational skills to manage different tasks, deadlines, and priorities, with support from the team.
  • Willingness to collaborate with others and take responsibility for individual projects and deliverables.
  • Attention to detail and interest in understanding how your work contributes to broader team and business goals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Interest in working with data to identify trends, explore insights, and communicate findings.
  • Interest in Human Resources and curiosity about how a global business operates.
