• Seguimiento a la Ejecución de las acciones preventivas sobre elementos de la red en todas sus capas (RAN/TX/FWA/Energía), por medio de la coordinación de proveedores y personal interno, para identificar oportunamente condiciones que pudiesen afectar la continuidad y calidad de los servicios.
• Corregir o reparar averías o defectos en elementos físicos de la red (RAN/TX/FWA/Energía); por medio de la coordinación de proveedores y personal interno, para restablecer los servicios afectados en el menor tiempo posible.
• Ejecutar los requerimientos técnicos de red sobre equipos operativos (RAN/TX/FWA/Energía), siguiendo los lineamientos de las áreas solicitantes, en función de satisfacer la demanda comercial, los planes de desarrollo y necesidades operativas.
• Contribuir con la identificación de necesidades presupuestales operativas, por medio de la generación de reportes y recomendaciones, a fin de garantizar la continuidad y calidad de los servicios y el cumplimiento de las normas corporativas.
• Ejecutar la validación de los nuevos elementos y servicios a entregar a operaciones, por medio de la revisión de la documentación requerida y realizando las aprobaciones respectivas; para garantizar que cumplan con las condiciones que permitan asegurar su mantenibilidad y operación.
