We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR Officer to work closely with our HR Director and support the day-to-day execution of people operations, employee engagement initiatives, recruitment, and office management activities across our global teams.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys organization, coordination, communication, and creating structure behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in helping employees have a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey at PX.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across global teams
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, equipment, and system access
- Support recruitment processes by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Coordinate internal events, team lunches, engagement activities, and company culture initiatives
- Support HR process improvements and day-to-day people operations
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and IT teams on internal initiatives

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable using digital tools
- Able to balance structure, organization, and people-focused communication
Preferred Experience
- 1+ years of experience in HR operations, office management, administrative support, or people coordination roles
- Experience using HRIS systems such as BambooHR is a plus
- Experience coordinating events, employee engagement initiatives, or recruitment processes
- Experience working in dynamic or international environments is a plus
