Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing ViaPay’s day-to-day digital
presence across email marketing, social media, content publishing, digital campaigns, CRM
execution, and lead nurturing.
This role ensures strong digital consistency, brand visibility, audience engagement, and
conversion across all platforms. The ideal candidate understands both strategic execution and
operational discipline, ensuring campaigns move efficiently from concept to performance.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and
strategic digital channels
● Own the email marketing calendar including newsletters, lead nurture flows, campaign
emails, and automated sequences
● Execute CRM-based campaigns across lead generation and customer lifecycle
marketing
● Coordinate content publishing across websites, blogs, landing pages, and campaign
pages
● Support paid media campaign execution across digital channels
● Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
● Manage content calendars and ensure alignment with GTM priorities
● Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure campaign readiness
● Track reporting across digital performance, engagement, and conversion
● Maintain strong brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing execution
● Strong experience in email marketing, CRM management, and social media operations
● Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar platforms
● Strong understanding of campaign management and lead generation
● Familiarity with paid media coordination and reporting
● Excellent organizational and project management skills
● Strong writing and communication ability
