Data Privacy & HS&E Intern

What's the role?

We are looking for a proactive and analytical intern to support our Data Privacy and Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) initiatives in Latin America. This role is ideal for a candidate interested in project management, data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

You will work with regional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret information related to suppliers, compliance, and governance processes, helping ensure data quality, business alignment, and successful project execution.

What does the role involve?

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and reports related to suppliers, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the administration and follow-up of processes and tools such as Dastra, including report generation, stakeholder mapping, and access management.
• Coordinate with Procurement and other business functions to gather and maintain supplier information and project-related data.
• Manage project timelines, follow up on action items, and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and other key stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Promote best practices and support communication and change management activities.
• Connect data from different sources to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence.
