As a Customer Support Specialist you’ll be part of a growing team that is dedicated to providing exceptional support for our customers. You'll provide prompt account assistance, resolve challenges, and cultivate a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong communication skills and who excels in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and empathetic support while demonstrating strong customer service skills.
Communicate clearly and concisely resolving customer issues effectively and ensuring a positive experience.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Prioritize customer needs and manage expectations effectively.
Seamlessly escalate complex issues to appropriate Cultural Care colleagues for timely resolution.
Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and improve overall support.
Preferred requirements:
1+ years of customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, German or French a plus
Excellent attention to detail skills
Capacity to balance technological and functional skills with clear and concise communication to create a positive customer experience
Creative problem-solving skills
Comfort as an independent self-starter with excitement for new challenges
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly and think critically
The schedule may vary so flexibility is a requirement, must be available Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm EST
