We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to lead operational activities in Order Management and Design Handling, driving performance and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. In this role, you will engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and support process enhancements, balancing both front- and back-office responsibilities.
This position is based in Panama City, Panama.
This is a temporary position with an approximate duration of 10 months.
