Key responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to the General Manager, managing calendar, meetings, emails, priorities, and follow-ups.
• Act as a central point of contact, tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables across initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, executive summaries, and internal communications.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret business and client data to support decision-making.
• Monitor business performance, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Support development and retention of existing clients through data insights and follow-up.
• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and prospective clients.
• Support sales activities, proposals, client research, and pipeline tracking.
• Help improve internal processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.
